Phase 1 Launch Configuration
1. Phase 1 Operating Parameters
For the Phase 1 (PMF PoC) launch, the partner onboarding process will operate with the following constraints:
| Parameter | Phase 1 Setting | Future State |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding Mode | Manual (admin-driven) | Semi-automated (self-service portal with admin approval) |
| KYB Process | Manual document collection and review | Integrated KYB provider (e.g., Onfido, Veriff, or regional specialist) |
| Sanctions Screening | Manual check at onboarding + quarterly refresh | Automated continuous screening |
| API Key Management | Admin-issued; manual rotation | Self-service key rotation via partner portal |
| Sandbox Environment | Shared testnet instance | Dedicated sandbox per partner |
| Partner Portal | Not available (email + docs) | Self-service portal with docs, API explorer, analytics dashboard |
| Max Partners per Corridor | 2–3 per role per corridor | Unlimited (capacity-based) |
| Active Corridors | USD-IDR, USD-SGD, MYR-IDR | Expand per regional demand |
2. Partner-Specific Onboarding Duration Estimates
The following table provides realistic duration estimates for each partner type across the five-stage framework. Durations assume no material compliance issues and a technically capable partner.
| Partner Type | Stage 1 | Stage 2 | Stage 3 | Stage 4 | Stage 5 | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| On-Ramp PSP | 1–2w | 2–4w | 3–4w | 2w | 2w | 10–14w |
| Off-Ramp PSP | 1–2w | 2–4w | 3–4w | 2w | 2w | 10–14w |
| Stablecoin Issuer | 2w | 4–8w | 2–3w | 1–2w | 2w | 11–17w |
| Institutional LP | 1–2w | 3–6w | 1–2w | 1w | 2w | 8–13w |
| RFQ Counterparty | 1w | 2–4w | 2–3w | 1w | 1w | 7–10w |
| Distribution Partner | 1–2w | 2–3w | 2–6w | 2–3w | 2w | 9–16w |
3. Partner Onboarding Portal (Future State)
When the self-service Partner Portal is developed (targeted for Phase 3 — Iterate), it should include:
- Document upload & tracking: Partners upload KYB documents; status visible in real-time (submitted, under review, approved, action required).
- Compliance status dashboard: Current screening status, risk tier, and outstanding requirements.
- API credential management: Generate, rotate, and revoke API keys; view usage metrics.
- Sandbox environment: Interactive API explorer with pre-built test scenarios and sample payloads.
- Settlement dashboard: Real-time view of transactions, fee accruals, pool balances (for LPs), and reconciliation status.
- SLA monitoring: Live SLA performance vs. targets; automated alerting on breaches.
